Pārdošanas noteikumi

Pakalpojumu sniedzējs: Skydive Latvia, kas nodrošina izpletņlēkšanas pakalpojumus Latvijā.

  1. Samaksa notiek tiešsaistē ar norādītajām maksājumu metodēm un tiek uzskatīta par pabeigtu, kad maksājums ir apstiprināts.
  2. Dāvanu kartēm nav derīguma termiņa.

Dāvanu kartes un PVN piemērošana

Dāvanu karte ir vairāku mērķu vaučers / naudas vērtības instruments, ko var izmantot kā pilnu vai daļēju atlīdzību par dažādiem Skydive Latvia pakalpojumiem un precēm.

Dāvanu kartes iegādes brīdī nav noteikts konkrēts pakalpojums vai prece, un dāvanu karti var izmantot pakalpojumu vai preču iegādei ar atšķirīgu PVN piemērošanas režīmu, tostarp ar PVN apliekamiem pakalpojumiem un no PVN atbrīvotai sporta apmācības programmai, ja tā attiecīgajā brīdī ir pieejama.

PVN tiek piemērots tikai faktiskās preces piegādes vai pakalpojuma sniegšanas brīdī, kad dāvanu karte tiek izmantota kā atlīdzība vai daļēja atlīdzība.

  1. Rezervāciju var atcelt vai pārcelt vismaz 24 stundas pirms lēciena, pretējā gadījumā samaksa netiek atmaksāta.
  2. Laika apstākļu vai drošības dēļ Skydive Latvia var pārcelt lēcienu uz citu datumu, saglabājot klienta samaksu.
  3. Pirms lēciena klientam ir jāparaksta atbildības atruna un jāapliecina atbilstība veselības un svara ierobežojumiem.
  4. Naudas atmaksa ir iespējama tikai gadījumos, kad lēcienu pilnībā atceļ Skydive Latvia un nevar vienoties par citu datumu.
  5. Iegādājoties pakalpojumu vai dāvanu karti, klients piekrīt šiem noteikumiem.
  6. Visi strīdi tiek risināti saskaņā ar Latvijas Republikas tiesību aktiem.

  1. Payment is made online via the listed payment methods and is considered completed once the payment is confirmed.
  2. Gift cards have no expiration date.

Gift cards and VAT treatment

A gift card is a multi-purpose voucher / monetary value instrument that can be used as full or partial consideration for various Skydive Latvia services and goods.

At the moment of purchase of the gift card, no specific service or goods are determined, and the gift card may be used to purchase services or goods with different VAT treatment, including VAT-taxable services and a VAT-exempt sports training programme, if such programme is available at the relevant time.

VAT is applied only at the moment of the actual supply of goods or provision of services, when the gift card is used as consideration or partial consideration.

  1. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the jump, otherwise the payment is non-refundable.
  2. For weather or safety reasons, Skydive Latvia may reschedule the jump to another date while keeping the customer’s payment valid.
  3. Before the jump, the customer must sign a liability waiver and confirm that they meet the health and weight requirements.
  4. Refunds are only possible if the jump is fully cancelled by Skydive Latvia and no alternative date can be agreed.
  5. By purchasing a service or gift card, the customer agrees to these terms.
  6. All disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
