„Oxygen Jump 5.5 KM” – Eastern Europe unique adventure.
Pilatus Porter PC-6, with its unique ability to soar up to 7.5 km, is known for its famous participation in the Everest Skydive Nepal project. In cooperation with the Latvian Civil Aviation Agency, this mythical and legendary aircraft gives our team an absolutely unique opportunity to achieve the Baltic record, offering everyone the chance to enjoy tandem jumps with an instructor from a height of 5.5 km.
An unforgettable 1.5 minute free fall awaits you with the speed of 220 km/h. Only then will the instructor open the parachute, so that you can gently land together in front of your friends and family who will meet you on the ground.
To jump from a height above 4.5 km, you will need to breathe pure oxygen in the plane using a mask. This is why it’s called OXYGEN JUMP 5.5 KM.

Where?
Jumps take place at the Limbažu airfield. There you can observe the most beautiful panoramas of the Baltics, one hour drive from capital city Riga. Opening hours: Monday and Tuesday OFF. Other days we work if only the weather permitting.
We are open from March till October.

Tandem jumps are organized by professional Skydive Latvia instructors with international experience and USPA ratings.
“Skydive Latvia” is at its heart and soul a society of eternally young skydivers. We share common beliefs, interests, life philosophy and set of goals, as well as the ability to be happy and get maximum pleasure from all those indescribable emotions that the sky, the earth and the sport of skydiving can create for us. The jumps are organized and performed by the most experienced instructors in Latvia with more than 15 years of international experience in skydiving.
The fantastic Pilatus Porter PC-6/B2-H4, known as the best aircraft for skydiving, will take you to this amazing height in 15 minutes.

Together with you and your instructor will jump our talented camera flyer who will capture every sensational second so you can re-live the experience again and again, and share it with friends and family around the world!
The camera flyer will be in front of you during entire period of your flight, so you will not be bored for sure.

Special equipment such as flight suits and goggles will be issued on site.
What time to arrive and how long does it take?
Skydiving is weather dependent sport, therefore very often we are able to prepare schedule only shortly before the jump day.
We will contact you by phone few days before your registered date to confirm more precise time of the jump.
In case your jump does not take place because of bad weather conditions, we will discuss individually next available date and time what would be suitable for you to make a jump.
All activity takes approximately 2 hours (arrival, registration, instructions, jump).
ATTENTION!
Please do not plan anything important in a jump day, because weather conditions may cause a delay in our schedule up to few hours and there could be a possibility that you need to spend whole day at the dropzone waiting your turn (good time with good people).
