Skydive Latvia is a skydiving centre and community operating at LimbaΕΎi Airfield, about an hour's drive from Riga. The team offers tandem jumps, the AFF (Accelerated Free Fall) training programme, canopy piloting courses, and individual coaching for both beginners and experienced skydivers, as well as specialised training for the civil sector and military structures.
Jumps are made from a Pilatus Porter PC-6 aircraft capable of lifting jumpers to more than 5,000 metres. Skydive Latvia offers the highest tandem jumps in the Baltics, from 4,000 metres and above, while the Oxygen Jump programme, with a jump from 5,500 metres, is the highest jump in Europe.
The team has more than 20 years of experience in the sport of skydiving. The instructors have thousands of jumps and certifications from internationally recognised organisations: FAI (FΓ©dΓ©ration AΓ©ronautique Internationale), USPA (United States Parachute Association), and the Latvian Skydiving Federation (LIF). Safety is the organisation's top priority: equipment is regularly inspected and renewed, and every jump is planned and carried out under strict safety protocols.
